1. How much are art charges?
Art charges are incurred at $10.00 per 1/4 hour. Please note: We make
every effort to work with our customer's files because the quality of
artwork is so vital to delivering a superior print.
2. I already have the art, will I still be charged art hours?
If the art provided is in a high enough quality file that we do not have to re-draw it, then art charges usually do not apply.
3. What is "separation"?
Separation or separating is the process that all artwork for screen printing must go through.
All the colors being used in the print must be meticulously broken down individually, being that
screen printing prints only 1 color at a time.
4. What kind of file should I provide my art in? Ideally artwork
should be supplied in vector format.

Please note: the worse quality the file is, the longer it takes to recreate.
5. What is the "Art Approval Fax" or "Electronic Approval
Email" received?
The "art approval fax" or "electronic approval email" is a document we utilize to make sure that the design is exactly as you want it before the job prints. This ensures quality and accuracy of the design. It is vital to note that a job will NOT print until the fax is sent back with the appropriate information filled out.
If you wish to receive your proof via mail, please indicate. A $5.00
priority mail charge will apply.
6. I was charged additional art hours from what was previously quoted, why is that?
We do our best to make accurate estimates, and they are generally consistent to the actual art hours.
However, there are times when a customer may want to change the design from the originally dictated or provided art concept in the middle of the art creation
process.
In these instances and similar situations, additional art charges will be added due to
unforeseeable art hours incurred by the customer.
