Ok, so you want to get started.  Not a problem, just read the following flowchart which explains the four steps to success. 

Step 1 - Pick Your Product Using our online or print catalog find the product you want us to use for you project.   If you need a catalog mailed to you Click Here or call 1 (866) 789-0063.  Once you have access to a catalog select the product, quantity and color.  These are all very important in helping us prepare you an accurate quote.  We suggest using our online catalog and submitting this information using our inquiry cart.  It is jus like a shopping cart and your information will be sent directly to us.  Keep in mind if you would like us to find the information please let us know.  We are happy to locate or recommend the products you need for you project.

Step 2 - Provide Your Artwork You may have the artwork for the project and you may not.  If you do, you can send to us via email or upload using our 1 STEP web tool.  You may only have a sketch or a hard copy which you can fax to 1 (413) 789-8615.  If you don't have artwork at this time or would like us to create the design please let us know.

Step 3 - Prepare Your Quote Now that we have the product specs and artwork we can prepare your quote.  You may have it sent via email or we can call you directly to discuss.  Once you receive the proposal and would like to move forward we will began preparing your job.

Step 4 - Order Placement and Setup At this point we will have created a project ticket and ordered from our manufacturer any items that are not in stock, during this process your artwork is sent to design.  The design department staff will prepare your artwork for production.  If you project is embroidery your artwork will be digitized, for screen printing your artwork will be converted to camera ready art.  You will receive a final proof for signoff before any printing begins.

Step 5 - Produced  and Shipped Your products are carefully screen printed, embroidered or pad printed and boxed for delivery.  All orders are shipped via FedEx or delivered locally up to 30 miles with one of our  Honda Element delivery vehicles.
